Orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days of the order and will ship with a tracking number immediately following fulfilment. These times may vary during high order periods or drops, so please refer to our newsletter and social media for a better estimate at those times.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are all available upon request within 7 days of the order arriving. We will always respond to requests within 2 business days, followed by a solution and/or instructions for the particular issue you had with your order.
