Shipping Policy:
All items are made to each order, meaning it can take up to 3-4 weeks for production and shipping once website closes. This is a very helpful system to small businesses, and ensures everyone gets a chance. Also helps make sure we as a small business, doesn't overload on sizes that don't sell, or colorways. We definitely appreciate the patience in supporting!
Please remember that once the website closes, that is when the pre-orders will go into production, NOT 3-4 weeks from when the initial order is placed. PLEASE understand there are delays at times, there are many issues out of my personal control due to manufacturers making errors causing delays. Be mindful when placing an order, there might be a slight delay from that 3-4 week time period, but most of the time these delays occur, we will send out compensation discounts if these rarity occurs.
Manufacture requires all of the order to be placed at once, so we have to make sure we collect ALL orders placed from the day the website is open, until website is closed and we don't accept anymore orders.
